Understanding Psychology (13th Edition)
Understanding Psychology, authored by Robert Feldman and published by McGraw Hill, is built upon a “Students First” philosophy. This 13th edition provides a powerful learning framework designed to help students connect, engage, and develop a genuine excitement for the field of psychology. By utilizing a revolutionary revision process, the text functions as a fully integrated learning system that prioritizes student success and comprehension.
This edition leverages innovative “HeatMap” technology derived from systematic, anonymous feedback from thousands of students. By identifying “hot spots”—specific areas where students historically struggled—the author has refined and updated the content to be more clear, concise, and impactful. The text maintains Feldman’s hallmark research and accessible pedagogy, organized into a flexible modules-within-chapters format. This structure makes the material manageable for students while allowing instructors the flexibility to customize their curriculum.
