What Will I Receive After Purchase?

- Only one-time activation – We do not guarantee reactivation after formatting your PC.
Delivery: released automatically once the payment is confirmed. Open My account > Orders to see the key; an email notification is sent as well, so please also check your spam / junk folder.
How Do I Activate by Phone?
- Go to Settings > System > Activation.
- Enter your Product Key. If an error code appears, continue with the following steps.
- Press Windows Key + R to open the Run dialog box.
- Type slui.exe 4 and press Enter.
- Select your country/region from the dropdown list and click Next.
- Call the provided phone number and follow the voice prompts.
- Provide the Installation ID shown on your screen to get the Confirmation ID.
- Alternatively, you can use getcid.us to get the Confirmation ID automatically by entering the Installation ID.
- Enter the Confirmation ID into the fields provided in the activation wizard.
- Click Activate to complete the activation process.

Is delivery instant?
Yes. As soon as the payment is confirmed the key is released to your account — open My account > Orders to read it, and a notification is also sent to your email. Please check the spam / junk folder if you do not see it.
Which systems are compatible?
32 and 64 bit processors · Windows 11 requires a 64-bit CPU with TPM 2.0 · All supported languages.
Not compatible with macOS, Linux or Chromebook.
Do I need an Internet connection to activate?
Not for the activation itself — this key uses the Microsoft telephone method, so you activate through the automated hotline. An Internet connection is still needed to download the installer.
How many computers can I use this key on?
This licence activates 1 PC. Buying the right PC count matters — we cannot exchange a key for a different edition once it has been delivered.
If I reinstall, can I reuse the licence?
This is a one-time activation key. It usually works again on the same computer, but reactivation after formatting is not guaranteed — this is why the key is priced the way it is.
Is the licence permanent?
Yes. It is a one-time purchase with no subscription and no renewal fee.
The key does not work — what should I do?
- Check the key was typed exactly as delivered, without extra spaces.
- Make sure the installed edition matches this licence exactly (edition, version and bit count) and is not an Evaluation build.
- Still stuck? Contact us within the warranty period and we replace the key one-to-one.
